Great value, incredibly beautiful and quiet hotel. Comfortable bed in an exquisite room. Fast check-in and late check-out. Amazing pool area. Good location close to a tourist area, Asian grocery store, and outside restaurants. Wide range of food options within a pleasant stroll from the venue.

This hotel has a rear entrance which made the walking of my two pets so easy. There is a pet fee . The room was excellent ,very nice indeed.i would stay again when in this area.

Have no negatives.

Would stay at this place again for its great location, spotless rooms with central heating, pay TV, and a small fridge, and also for its fantastic restaurant for dinner.

Large room, very clean, spacious, and comfortable bed. The bar food was good and it was a fun atmosphere. The pool area was nice.

Front desk and servers for breakfast we're not very friendly. Hotel beside busy interstate and very noisy making it difficult to sleep at night.

Fairly clean hotel, exceptional staff, favourable and strategic location to the area where dogs could take care of business. Lots of options, great food. New-fashioned, exquisite room with a tub and toiletries, for example. Fast check-in, late check-out. No charge for wake up service and ironing too. Location really close to a persian restaurant, the mall and lots of restaurants and downtown, shopping and entertainment.

Had a cozy bed that I booked for the night. The staff here were all super nice and helpful ⭐, plus the price for the room was just right. The location was convenient for all the places I needed to go to.

the breakfeast, should have a free continental for everyone. also was over charged on the room signed on one amount and was charged a different amount not happy

The staff was excellent.

I booked my room for a charge of $128.97 but when I checked my Bank Account, the hotel had charged and additional $16.38. I called the hotel today at approximately 2:30 ct and spoke with Bryan. He told me the additional charge was for any incidentals that may occur. The amount of money is very small and Bryan said the money will be refunded in a few days but I should have been informed that this was to take place. I had no other charges and have no idea what incidentals could have been other than perhaps a movie rental.... I understand business but this is not a good practice. In fact, I have stayed at many hotels, including several Holiday Inn's and to my knowledge, this is a first for my... Put simply, if this is to be done, tell the customer....

Reasonably priced and updated room, with a modern vibe. The staff is super friendly and goes above and beyond with their service. They really pay attention to the details! 🙂

All facilities, pool, jacuzzi, exercise equipment looked great - just didn't get to try them for lack of time, Christmas weekend.

Restaurant staff was under staffed for breakfast Dec 26th but rather them let people off than complain, food was good.

The location was right off interstate

Our room on 5th floor didn't have any hot water at 7 am

The hotel was well-kept in every way, with efficient staff providing excellent service and attention to detail. the location was ideal as it was within walking distance of all the places we wanted to visit. the surrounding area was lovely too!

booked it for our weekend and had an excellent stay here.

Clean, quite, near freeway, shell gas station across street had lowest gas price on whole trip.

Hotel main entrance is on short side of building, making for odd approach and initial parking situation. Pool was half inside half outside setup, limiting usefulness.
